Daily Office
The Daily Office, also known as the Divine Office or Liturgy of the Hours, is a rich tapestry of daily prayers, readings, and reflections designed to shape our hearts and minds in alignment with the sacred rhythms of the day. There are several ways you can practice the Daily Office. We’ve listed a few options we use below, along with some of our favorite prayer resources and apps. Overviews and instructions on how to pray in the Daily Office can be found below.

The Centering Prayer mobile app supports one’s daily prayer practice.
